Backburner Autodesk Download Trial

The Autodesk 3ds Max 2019 installer package no longer contains Backburner. Backburner is still available as part of an entitlement to 3ds Max, but the installer has to be obtained separately through the Autodesk App Store.This aligns the Backburner deployment experience with other Autodesk Media and Entertainment products.

Solution:
Besides deployment, the usage experience in 3ds Max is similar:- All Backburner menus items and triggers that are part of the 3ds Max user interface, are unchanged.
- Submitting jobs from 3ds Max to a Backburner manager no longer requires installation of Backburner on your machine.
- Backburner can be optionally installed on your machine to access tools such as the monitor or the command line job submitter.
- The installation of Backburner is still required for machines acting as managers and servers.
- A full install of 3ds Max is mandatory on all Backburner server machines.
